It cant be said BAD but scope of improvement is always there and we keep putting our suggestions for various matters in master’s reviews from the vsl and in various seminars. there is a scope of improvement in crew wages and shortening of contract durations for officers as well as crew. paperwork/ reporting is still a lot as compared to various other companies. more streamlining for that is required |
