There are 2 terminals which are connected by a sky train, A passenger needs to check the gates and the corresponding terminal quickly in order not to miss the flights. The Security levels are maintained in the same way as any USA Airports.

Frankfurt airport – Once you get the hang of the direction of your gate, this airport is among the most convenient airports I have been to. There are lots of eating joints, shops and conveniently located wash rooms (you don’t have to try too hard trying to locate washrooms unlike some other airports). They also offer one hour of free wifi connectivity and at pretty good speed too.
