Sign on arrangements below par. Horrible hotel in Mumbai( Imperial) .Though Singapore hotel was good ( Albert Court) .

Segregation policy at its highest_______! Inexperienced Superintendents, give you little assist from shore. No internet facility! Personal email is seen by Master before given to crew. Sign Off is a problem most of the time. Hotel in Mumbai is of poor Quality. Crew members dont have rights as the Masters are office oriented and dont try to solve ships problems. Relatively new ships, though currently the owner ( Indian in Japan) has declared Bankrupcy of 1 Billion USD and Vessels are being run by Banks. Travel arrangements are always Trouble rather than Travel. Written policy is never practiced.
